All returns are in exchange for store credit only. Unwound, unused, and undamaged yarn may be returned for store credit up to 90 days after purchase. Please email us at email@example.com prior to sending anything back for refund.
Needles, patterns, books, magazines, notions, sale items, and all weaving and spinning equipment are final sale.
Classes may be cancelled for store credit up to 3 days before the first class date. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes will not be re-booked.
