Entrelac is a form of patchwork knitting that resembles a basketweave. The squares are knitted one at a time, in diagonal rows. Entrelac knitting is fun and addictive. If you can knit, purl, and count to 8 you can knit Entrelac!
The best way to learn and understand Entrelac is to work with two different coloured yarns. The tiers are more obvious and it is easier to distinguish stitches to be picked up. There are 5 steps in Entrelac. To ensure all 5 steps are completed in the workshop you will work on a spa cloth. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge and expertise to make a larger scarf or wrap.
The class project is a two-colour spa cloth.
