Ranunculus by Midori Hirose
Ranunculus is one of the most popular sweaters on Ravelry. It is a round yoke pullover knit from the top down and can be knit from a variety of yarn weights, as long as you can match the gauge. Knit on large needles, this relaxed and comfy sweater features lace and textured stitches. The pattern offers several options for necklines and sleeve styles. Sizes range from 34” to 48” bust.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Twisted loop cast on
- Right lifted increase
- German short row shaping
- Raglan shaping
- Parking sleeve stitches on waste yarn
- Provisional cast on
- Picking up underarm stitches (with no hole!)
- Working sleeves on two circular needles (or small circular if you prefer)
- i-cord bind off for long sleeve option
